Reconnect to nature

We work with plants throughout different seasons, the plant's life cycle, form, rhythm, plant colour, elements, story, ritual, and more.

  • We work with plants throughout different seasons, the plant's life cycle, form, rhythm, plant colour, elements, story, ritual, and more.

  • Self-care, wellness, and meaning: reconnecting with our own roots helps us to gain access to the deeper layers of our true self and be part of a greater whole.

  • Sensory experience: Art and creativity in themselves are stimulating, yet the connection between art and nature can be experienced as a life force and art can become an inquiry, a way to create new connections, insights, and space for new possibilities.

  • Carry-over into everyday life: the creative process is nurturing and accessible to everyone of all ages. This fosters individual ways of learning where people are emotionally connected to new meaning.

  • Our sensory-based framework is based on a creative embodiment approach which is supported by neuroscientific findings on memory retrieval and re-contextualisation. (Noah Hass-Cohen, The Art Therapy relational neuroscience and memory reconsolidation protocol)

Art can motivate people to turn thinking into doing."
